Frontier Physiotherapy is located in the Silky Oaks Facility at 218 Manly Road, Manly West. We share our reception with the Silky Oaks Medical Centre.

When arriving from Manly Road, enter the driveway marked by the Silky Oaks Medical Centre Sign. Parking is available at the front of the centre.

Frontier Physiotherapy Thornlands is located in the Paradise Garden Shopping Centre Level 2 Medical Precinct, 128-144 Boundary Rd, Thornlands QLD 4164. Parking is available at the front of the centre.

At Frontier Physiotherapy, we are committed to continue our bulk billing service. In order to be eligible for bulk billing, patients are required to have an EPC referral from a GP. There are some conditions required to obtain an EPC referral so if you are unsure if you are eligible,  ask your GP or Physio at your next appointment.

We accept all forms of private health.

We are set up with HICAPS and offer on the spot claiming for all health funds. The exact amount each health fund will refund depends on the service provided and the level of cover.

If you would like to find this out ahead of time, our Physio's can provide you with the item codes and you can check with your health fund directly.

We are a registered DVA provider and are able to provide treatment to patients through the NDIS scheme.

Yes. We do offer home visits as part of our service. To organise a home visit, please contact reception.

Yes. Should you require an appointment outside the advertised hours, please contact reception and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Ideally patients should wear some loose-fitting clothing. Your therapist will most likely need to see the affected area so keep this in mind when choosing clothing.

Please bring any referrals/imaging or scans or relevant correspondence to your appointment as this will assist your Physio in having all available information handy.

Our physios are happy to speak to you over the phone if you would like some more information or clarification. Please leave a message at reception and one of our Physio’s will return your call before the end of the day.

We are currently taking a number of measures to combat the spread of COVID-19.

  • Masks are OPTIONAL for patients and therapists
  • Patients will be asked to sanitise before/after appointments
  • Therapists will sanitise before/after appointments
  • Single use surface protectors are used for each patient
  • Surfaces are disinfected between each patient
  • All Therapists are fully vaccinated and up to date with booster doses.
