Frontier Physiotherapy is located in the Silky Oaks Facility. The entrance to reception is shared with the Embrace Wellness Hub and is adjacent to the Medical Centre entrance. Parking is available in front of the main building on the bitumen or grassed area.

Yes!

Frontier Physiotherapy is committed to providing affordable physiotherapy services to those in need. We charge $0 gap on Medicare plans and offer a special reduced rate for patients continuing on treatment after finishing their plans.

In order for bulk billing to occur, patients must have a GP management plan. To find out if you are eligible for a GP management plan, speak to your GP or call our reception for more information.

Yes,

We accept all private health funds. We are set up with HICAPS and offer on the spot claiming for all health funds.

Frontier Physiotherapy specialises in workplace injuries and return to work.

We are a registered DVA provider and are able to provide treatment to patients through the NDIS scheme.

Yes,

Home visits won’t incur any extra costs above the normal appointment fee. When booking a home visit, make sure to let reception know so we are able to schedule appropriate travel time to get to you.

Yes,

Our standard business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm but after hours appointments and weekend visits are available by asking at reception.

Ideally patients should wear some loose-fitting clothing. Your therapist will most likely need to see the affected area so keep this in mind when choosing clothing.

Please bring along any scans/imaging/recent blood tests to your appointment as these can assist your therapist in their diagnosis.

Our physios are happy to speak to you over the phone if you would like some more information or clarification. Please leave a message at reception and one of our Physio’s will return your call before the end of the day.

We are currently taking a number of measures to combat the spread of COVID-19.

  • Masks are required to be worn by patients and therapists
  • Patients will be asked to sanitise before/after appointments
  • Therapists will sanitise before/after appointments
  • Single use surface protectors are used for each patient
  • Surfaces are disinfected between each patient
  • All Therapists are fully vaccinated and up to date with booster doses.
